Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this timeframe, your order may have already entered processing, and we may not be able to accommodate your request.

If your order is canceled within the first 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or arrives physically broken.

Please note that damaged packaging, such as a dented box with the product inside in perfect condition, is not considered product damage.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Email support@ukiki.com with a clear photo showing the damage. Our team will review your claim and determine whether you qualify for a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not provide refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive to deliver every order promptly, Ukiki cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including delays caused by:


  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Ukiki is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

If an incorrect shipping address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, the order will not be eligible for a replacement shipment or a refund.
